Building an application with spring boot java.
This is a command line app that i am building and in order to get it to run i had to comment out the springapplication.run line and just add the main method from my other class to run. other than this quick jerry-rig, i can build it using maven and it runs as a spring application, sort of.. Spring boot automatically tries to locate the main application class of your application in either case, but you can override it, or narrow it down, if you want to build something different. as well as mocking the http request cycle we can also use spring boot to write a very simple full-stack integration test.....
